Get credit for attendance

The sponsoring organization gives credit to your attendance in a medical mission. A certificate is usually given. You would need this certificate for all intents and purposes. Please note that Philippine-based documents may not be acceptable by the US IRS as evidence of a medical mission trip attendance. Document your trip with pictures.
