Details/Description:
Our group consists of 6 surgeons: (1-plastic surgeons, 2-general surgeons, 2-Ob/Gyn, 1-orthopedic surgeon), anesthesiologists, CRNA's, nurses and support staff to help newly relocated residents (estimated number is 8,000 families) from the Pasig river squatter's area to Calauan, Laguna as well as Laguna residents.
We are also raising money to purchase laparoscopic equipment for the JP Rizal Memorial Hospital which will decrease patient hospital stay from 2 weeks for an open cholecystectomy to 3 days when done laparoscopically and will be less costly due to the decreased stay. All donations made to PAAC is fully tax-deductible as allowed by law.
